Diversity Solutions
The Institute believes a multidimensional approach can best help our members achieve their diversity goals for their hospitals and health care systems. So we focus on multiple stakeholder groups—health care leaders, diversity practitioners, students, and early or mid-career professionals—in providing a broad range of products, services, and information. We also help our members think strategically about their organizations as a whole by providing them with the tools they need to create an inclusive, culturally competent environment.
We concentrate on three dimensions of diversity excellence:
- Workforce Strategies, to help you make the most of your human capital
- Cultural Competency and Leadership, for those who are charged with keeping your organization on the right path
- Leadership Initiatives that nurture relationships with diversity leaders and selected professional organizations
In addition, initiatives such as our bimonthly Diversity Dialogues teleconferences and publications such as our quarterly Bridges tap the wisdom of the experts to keep our members abreast of state-of-the-art thinking in diversity management.
