Eligibility Criteria

The Diversified Scholarship is available to first and second year graduate students who are pursuing degrees in healthcare administration or comparable degree program (i.e., MBA, MPH, MHA, MPA, or MSN).

Individuals must demonstrate financial need, a commitment to community service and excel academically. Candidates for the 2010 Scholarship Program must be a member of a federally classified ethnic minority group and have proof of US citizenship.

Once this application and all of the other required documents are complete you must submit them along with two (2) additional photocopies (for a total of three) to the address below. The Institute will not make photocopies of your application packet for you.
