Learning Moments

The Learning Moments are a series of case studies designed to provide our members with strong examples of diversity management and cultural competence in health care. These quarterly reports are distributed to Institute members before they are released to the general public.

Our intention is that this will foster productive discussion and sharing among our members regarding the practices that they use to remain on the cutting edge of the diversity movement in health care. Below you will find examples of Learning Moments case studies from our previous  and current series.

We look forward to your participation in the Learning Moments program!
