Learning Moments
The Institute for Diversity has re-launched the Learning Moments Case Study program.
The Learning Moments are a series of case studies designed to provide our members with strong examples of diversity management and cultural competence in health care. They will be distributed at least quarterly to Institute members. Our intention is that this will foster productive discussion and sharing among our members regarding the practices that they use to remain on the cutting edge of the diversity movement in health care. Below you will find examples of Learning Moments case studies from our previous and current series. For more information, please read our press release.
If you would like to highlight what your organization is doing in terms of diversity management with your colleagues, please contact Pamela Janniere at pjanniere@aha.org for more information and to receive a case study template. We look forward to your participation in the Learning Moments program!
