Benchmarking Survey - The Benchmarking Survey for U.S. Hospitals - members were notified first for participation in the 2011- 2012 survey. Priority access is provided to information, case studies and reports related to the 2009 survey(the first survey of its kind) and our subsequent survey results.

American Leadership Council for Diversity - opportunity to become a member of the Institute's advisory council , which brings the most advanced diversity practitioners from around the country in health care together to develop standards of practice and share information about new initiatives.

Summer Enrichment Program - this popular program connects you with minority MHA grads from schools in your area, to complete a 10 week internship within your hospital or medical center. Many of our membership hospitals use this program as their pipeline for meeting and recruiting bright, young minority staff.
