"The Institute has provided critical resources, partnerships and support to help us launch and advance the CHA Diversity Collaborative. It has given us access to thought leaders who have offered valuable insight through the process. We have had the opportunity to participate in informative webinars, and attend and present at conferences. The Institute has offered our members greater opportunities to explore ways to increase the number of hospital trustees that reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. In addition, CHA and two member hospitals participated in the Institute's Summer Enrichment Program, benefitting from diverse high-level public health and health management interns who are future health care leaders and excellent candidates to join leadership teams."
