2009 Benchmarking Survey Case Studies

In addition to the Executive Summary, we also have compiled data for detailed Case Studies from four of our participating hospitals. These case studies outline some of the solutions that these member hospitals undertook to address diversity issues within their own hospital and the larger community. The Institute for Diversity gratefully thanks the staff of these hospitals for their assistance assembling these valuable and insightful case studies.
